Overview
The accommodation on the site comprises a total of 54 units of accommodation located in three separate buildings. Each unit is fully self-contained with its own kitchenette, en suite shower and toilet. The site is supported throughout 24 hours with the addition of waking night staff.

Description
We offer enhanced housing management services i.e. tenancy sustainment, benefits advice, budgeting and management of tenancy related financial issues. Staff also signpost residents to other agencies that offer can help in specialist areas such as bereavement counselling or debt advice. Our staff will support residents to attend appointments and will be available for advice on any issue of concern regarding day-to-day living. We will always seek to work in collaboration with residents to enable them to achieve important goals in their lives. Staff support is available on site 24 hours a day.
